Hello again my lovelies!
I’m currently sat in Greggs drinking a latte (headphones in listening to a bit of Ed Sheeran) trying to wake myself up because I got such a busy day ahead. All will be revealed about today in Sunday’s post!
I’ve never done a “favourites” post before but I guess I thought I’d jump on the bandwagon and have a go at it! Here are my top 3 July favourites;
#1 NYX Cosmetics Glitter and Chrome Eyeshadow Pots;
Oh my god I’m so happy I finally ordered these! I found the pots on a site called The Beauty Store. It’s a discount site with A LOT of brands and NYX being one of them, I had to give it a try. At around £3 each, then you get one free it was like £8 (with p&p) which was about half the price of buying from a store. They have a fantastic range of colours and products. Fast delivery, great products just like I’d picked them from a store and exactly as described. I ordered Glitter On The Go in “Snow” (and it’s like sparkly snow see photo) Chrome Eyeshadow pot in “Mimosa” (a silvery lilacish colour) and another glitter in “Fushia” (obviously bright pink). They are super pigmented and have a fantastic lasting power on the face. The chrome shadow is lovely for sleek looks and the glitters for evening makeup. 5 ⭐️ NYX I love them!
#2 eBay eyelashes;
This is actually a June/ July fave as I ordered them last month and this month. These came from a seller called bobb4bay at £1.99. The lashes aren’t flat, they have little layers so they look fluttery and natural (3D effect.) I am in love with these lashes for day and evening wear because they are perfect for both. Easy to apply and look beautiful. I will definetly keep buying these lashes until they discontinue they are my lash-go-to!
#3 Real Techiniques by Sam & Nic Prep & Prime Set
This is an absolute bargain at £5.50 (that’s like £1 an item!) from Asda on their discount shelf I could not resist! As many of you know I mainly use Real Techniques for every look I do and I swear by their beauty blenders! The kit includes one of these so I’m mega happy because they are the spongiest best blenders around. This also comes with a cute little stand so you can pop in there to keep it individual from the rest of your makeup and also as a little drying stand for when it’s wet. It also come with a beauty spatula stick so you can get that bit out of your makeup jars, like foundation etc. This is very handy little tool and it’s flexible. The under eye reviver is fabulous. I massaged my moisturiser under my eyes with this and the cold aluminium ball really does wake your eyes up. Your eyes feel sooo fresh. And lastly but not least you get a priming brush. I haven’t used it yet but it feels fabulous with its soft dense brush head. A lovely set to add to my growing addition (or addiction more like) of brushes and tools.
Also a fun twist here’s my July playlist on what I’m listening to!
- Selena Gomez – Bad Liar
- Cheat Codes – No Promises
- Pixie Lott – Baby
- Ed Sheeran – Perfect
- Major Lazer – No Better
- Lana Del Rey ft A$AP Rocky – Groupie Love
- Dua Lipa – New Rules
- French Montana ft Swae Lee –Unforgettable
So there you have it my top three favourites for July! Remember to keep watching out for more beauty posts and if you can’t wait pop over to my other posts and have a read!
Lots of love Cheyanne 💋
